Not uncommon: Fever is one of the bodies natural defenses against illness.Often when sick they will shift circulation away from hands/feet which lose heat easily toward the central core (body, organs) to retain the heat. The duskiness or pallor is from slower circulation rather than a heart problem. If they are truly purplish I would want her seen.
