A member asked:

Can flu and cough (as it increase intraabdominal pressure) cause painless menorahgia?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: If a girl's or woman's uterine lining is not in menstrual period condition, but instead is intact and healthy, she can cough all day long and not cause any vaginal bleeding. Coughing does not make her uterine lining bleed if her lining is in a healthy, non-bleeding condition.
