On day 5 for my daughter's cold/flu & day 3 for my son and husband. they had everything vomiting,cough,fevers. i have had scratchy dry throat last 2 days, felt pressure in sinus.this morning my symptoms are almost gone. is this it for myself possibly?

Good day. For the past 9 days I have had a sore throat, dry cough, blocked sinus, for the first few days a mild fever, and for the past two days a slightly tight chest. Should I be concerned or would this probably be the seasonal flu? No travelling.
