Many possibilities: Rashes are quite hard to describe and diagnose in words. A pediatric, primary care, or dermatology doctor can look at a rash to help decide what it is. If eczema or allergic, hydrocortisone cream helps. If fungal, an antifungal cream helps. If bacterial, antibiotic pills or cream is needed. If viral or some other infection, other treatments can help. A video consultation with a doctor may suffice.
