My daughter has a rash on her body and face could this be due to a high temperature she has?

Yes: And it depends on what type of rash it is. Scarlet fever gives you a sandpaper rash. Fever ash can be blotchy or spotty. Viral rashes ar also just spotty blotchy scattered. If it is a rash that is bruised looking, that is more concerning and needs to be seen. I tell parents rashes are hard to diagnose unless seen and if you have any concerns have her seen...

Not knowing: What you mean by 'rash' it would be difficult to even guess, but fevers in children can be accompanied by facial flushing which is simply dilation of the small blood vessels of the face in an effort to dissipate body heat. I can't give you any information other than that with what you have provided, .
