What would cause my 23 month old daughter to have a continuous rash on her face and bottom? it is like big red dots not a small rash.

See a dermatologist: I assume it is you. not the child using these meds. Need exam to decide if eczema or something else. Maybe 2 different problems. Any treatment must be based on perceptions about the nature of the problem.
