Needs assessment: This is dangerous to you and the child. I would contact his doc & see if their is a child behavioral therapist that can help you sort out a cause & work on improving the situation. At that size/age it will take some work to identify the triggering factor. There are special needs child passenger safety devices available when this problem exists. Contact a Safe Kids technician if this persists.
