Terrible 2's: If it is really concerning talk to your doctor. But it sounds like you are in the terrible 2's! get support for yourself. Parenting classes can be a lifesaver. Look into joining group activities with other parent's and 2 year olds. You'd be surprised how much this can sometimes help. Best wishes to both of you.

Sounds typical : Talk with your pediatrician about behavior management skills.Approaches like positive ignoring, substitution and time out can often help a strong willed child learn to settle without the outrage.

Temper tantrums: If your child has otherwise developed normally, temper tantrums are a very immature way toddlers asserts their independence and will. It will pass. The trick is not engaging in an argument with a 2 year old, changing his activity and distracting him work. They are also pushing limits. Be consistent so he eventually knows that when you say "no" it does not mean maybe. Firm loving limit setting.
