My 10 year old son keep having bad headaches, sometimes he even throws up and his grades are dropping in school because of this. what should i do?

See a doctor: He may be having migraine headaches. If he's having them frequently (more than once a week), he should see his doctor. More evaluation or treatment might be recommended. My usual rule is- if the headaches are interfering with your life, it should be checked by your doctor.
