Possible adenovirus: causing croup and bronchiolitis and wheezing and cough till vomiting or RSV these two viruses are in season he needs a check and bronchodilators and a chest X Ray needs to see his doctor

Worrisome: Vomiting secondary to coughing is whooping cough until proved otherwise. Plenty of people aren't immunized or have had the immunization wear off and this disease is all over the place. Get to the physician now.
