Dilated CBD: Your CBD is borderline dilated. I'm curious as to why you had the ultrasound done. What, if any, symptoms? Gall stones, tumor, scar tissue causing stricture are causes of dilated CBD. For further evaluation and advice I recommend consulting a gastroenterologist. If no symptoms maybe simple observation with a repeat study in 3 months may be the advice.
