I have dull chest pain between my breasts... i am not sure if its reflux... i have this persistant pain since morning... my chest feels heavy or tight, like i need to inhale air for it to open up. should i worry?

Dull chest pain: Symptoms as described suggest gastrointestinal (esophageal) spasms. Chest pain at age 39 should be evaluated by a physician, mainly to rule out cardiac conditions which can mimic these symptoms.
