Mri- diffuse hyperintensity involving right anterior frontal cortex along with gyral swelling surrounded by vasogenic edema causing mass effect on brain parenchyma with a midline shift of 4.6mm in the anterior cranial fossa. is bioscopy required?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Eventually: First the edema should be controlled to limit injury to brain tissue. If identification is not possible with further scans,,then biopsy is appropriate.
