Doctor can evaluate: Urine should not have blood in it. A person with blood in her urine plus a burning sensation needs a doctor's evaluation. If one's primary care doctor is not available, her Ob-Gyn doctor may be able to help, or the ER doctor certainly can help. There may be a urine infection or other problem in the kidneys, ureters, bladder, etc... Less likely are some non-infectious causes of urine blood.
