Get an exam: Assuming you have not just,over exerted yourself, this,could,be a variety of issues from benign to serious. Looking at your,location, I have to wonder if this is an infectious problem, but cannot be certain of any diagnosis on the Internet. This will require a hands on exam, and most likely blood tests, if not x rays too.
