Are there any tell tale signs of a concussion after three weeks? hard to tell if fatigue, minor head pain, hard to focus is based on hitting head 3 weeks ago, or general stress.

Concussion: Even a seemingly trivial head injury can lead to a posttraumatic syndrome of headaches, lightheadedness, and a feeling of imbalance. Anxiety can follow these symptoms. For reassurance I recommend consulting a neurologist for evaluation and advice. Any appropriate testing will be done.
