Can sacroilliac joint pain be felt in the pelvic region/groin, as well as lower back and hips?

Sacroliliac pain: This pain can radiate up the back and down the leg on the side that is inflamed. Generally there is tenderness directly over the inflamed SI joint. Steroid injections can sometimes be helpful.
