Complicated problem: Sorry for your situation. Chronic symptoms are frustrating for both you and your doctor. Exposure to toxic mold can produce symptoms like yours. The low grade fevers are worrisome, and I suggest you see an infectious disease specialist who can help determine if the CFS diagnosis has a treatable cause. I assume your thyroid was checked. A psychiatrist can prescribe stimulants and other meds for CFS
