I have been throwing up, bad nausea, fevers, shaking, extreme fatigue for two weeks now can't figure out what it is ?

Due to your symptoms: I suspect a urinary tract infection. Due to fevers and if proven to be a UTI by Urinalysis, you would need antibiotic treatment. This is , of course, based on probability since an exam is lacking. But please have a doctor see you for this. Good luck.
