I have had a persistent low grade fever 99.4-100.8 for two weeks. fever came with a headache on day 1, but has not remained. occasional nausea and exhaustion, but not other symptoms other than that. im curious as to what the cause may be. ?

Likely viral: Can check with PCP about corona virus testing near you. Could be the corona virus or other virus. Self isolate and wash your hands as indicated if you have any trouble breathing or high fever seek treatment , but you are otherwise best to focus on getitng rest and staying hydrated.
