I have acid reflux issues for 18 years or so. how often should i do endoscopy with biopsy to assure all is ok with stomach and esophagus? every year may be ?

Reflux: You're correct in being concerned after all those years of reflux. I assume you've been tested for h pylori. The endoscopist is best qualified to determine what follow-up is appropriate depending upon your symptoms and findings on gastroscopy. I assume you avoid alcohol,caffeine, nicotine.and irritants like nsaids and aspirin.
