This evening, i got out of my house for about 5 minutes without wearing a hat & the temp. was about 28 degs. f. i have had some light headache&nausea after that.can being outside when the temp. was 28 degs f without a hat harm my head,brain,& nerves?

About cold weather: Millions of people live in cold weather like that and do just fine. Canada, Northern Europe, Scandinavia, and also Russia, China, and North Korea have really cold temperatures in the winters. The main thing is to wear the proper clothing and know when it's time to get warmed up before going back out again.
