Have a head concussion from a trip&fall.last night the temp. was 40-45degs.f. i went outside without a hat for 30 minutes.can this harm my head/brain?

Not likely: Going out when temp is 45 degrees will not cause any harm to your head or brain.But if you had concussion from a fall,that needs to be followed up if you have constant headaches,dizziness associated with nausea or visual problems.
