A member asked:

Have a head concussion from a trip&fall.last night the temp. was 40-45degs.f. i went outside without a hat for 30 minutes.can this harm my head/brain?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not likely: Going out when temp is 45 degrees will not cause any harm to your head or brain. But if you had concussion from a fall, that needs to be followed up if you have constant headaches, dizziness associated with nausea or visual problems.
