Can recheck with Dr.: Depends on his doctor's diagnosis and instructions. Celestamine contains a corticosteroid and an antihistamine, which means its purpose is for decreasing the inflammation and allergic response in an "allergic" nose. In the US, we usually use nasal spray steroids instead of oral steroids. If the nasal symptoms are from a cold or flu, the treatment can vary. Can call his pediatrician.
