my 3 year old daughter has post nasal drip her doctor says it'd go away on its own she's coughing so bad and vomiting up everything any home remedies?

Reevaluation: Your daughter sounds very sick. You need to see a doctor again, may be another one. Vomiting will cause dehydration, which is very dangerous at this age, please consider contacting physician again or visiting pediatric emergency room.
