i am 14 wks pregs.however im struggling with post nasal drip. its really bad coz ive been vomitting phlegm & struggling to keep food down?

Fever?: Please monitor your temperature and treat any fever, but I would advise follow up with your OB specialist. You may have a viral illness. Keep well hydrated by drinking clear fluids and reduce solids for now. Sinus rinses with saline will help to reduce post nasal drip.
