Did not find it: The test was looking for Helicobacter pylori bacteria, which is a germ known for causing stomach ulcers. If the test was done correctly and interpreted correctly, a negative result means it did not find the bacteria in the stomach. That usually means the doctor and patient don't have to worry as much about stomach ulcers caused by the H. pylori bacteria.
