Help. chronic all day dizziness with some head pressure along brow line and some ear fullness and some tapping like tinnitus on occasion. taking a toll on my life. occurred after i had a bad head cold. just ended antibiotics. what is this? been 2 ent

Dizziness/ head pres: Did they do x-ray or CT of sinuses , May be allergic or bacterial ( though you have been on abx - but for how long? - for sinusitis sometimes weeks) would follow up with allergist as well. May need decongestant/ antihistamine/steroids due to congestion ( may even be autonomic) and maybe some vestibular therapy like Epleys maneuver if having true vertigo. f/u/ w/ allergy and ENT again
