Ok he has been sick for about a year now and he has abdominal pain or a achy. abdomen hes had a ct hes been to a gastroenterologist hes had bloodwork everything comes back fine but in the last three months its gotten worse and he has no relief?

Re-evaluation needed: Many things are in the abdomen: stomach, pancreas, liver, small intestine, gall bladder, appendix, large intestine, abdominal muscles, kidneys, etc... Recheck by a primary care doctor can help figure things out. Pain in the right upper abdomen can be due to gallstones. Pain in the right lower abdomen can be appendicitis. Stomach flu, food poisoning, other infections, etc., can also cause pain.
