It could just be : Muscle strain or intestinal spasm (?Ibs). Currently you are being treated for gastritis/ acid reflux in which the burning pain is in the mid upper abdomen and mid chest wall. I won't worry about it unless there's accompanying weight loss, loss of appetite, persistent or increasing abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, blood in the stool etc. Get reassurance from your dr. Tale care!
