Might it happen that a dr tell by listening to the heart if its in congestive heart failure?

S3: Only one heart finding has shown to be predicitive of acute heart failure status, nad that is a s3, a third abnormal heart sound. However, this is not the case in the majority of heart failure patients, and so is not a very sensitive finding.
