Take care of you too: Make sure you have "you time" when you get a break. Hydrate well, eat a healthful diet, try to get 8 hours of sleep, stay physically active and do things to bust stress. The better shape you are in mentally, physically and spiritually - the better you are equipped to take on challenges. Take care.
