Good day i have serious lower back pain on the right side .it is now day 6 .ive been to the doctor and she said it is sciatica . she gave me tripiline and stilpayne . nothing changed and it is still very painful. what is my next step?

It's time: to seek input from Physical Medicine.. An M.D. PHYSIATRIST and PHYSICAL THERAPY experts! A referral to a PAIN specialist may eb involved but without INPUT from the first two....I would advise delay... Hope this is helpful! Dr Z
