Possibly: Typically lower abdominal pain has a gastrointestinal(GI) or possibly a genitourinary(GU) source,so we need much more information.Thus you should see your doctors regularly & that may include a spine specialist until all of your diagnoses and treatments are underway.That means a MRI and possibly even an EMG.The GI and GU workup would be different.Your MD can help you w/those referrals if necessary
