Depends on details: "Blisters" means different things to different people. An in-person exam or a video consultation would be needed to see what "blisters" means to the patient. If there is concern conclusions based upon a patient's: History, Exam, Lab Tests, then the patient can talk with the caring doctor because that doctor is "on the scene" and knows the whole story.
