Can be normal: We do see what some call puppy dog movements that reflect the unrefined/immature nervous system of infants. There is also an issue labeled a shudder attack that mimics a shiver. Neither of these are considered worrisome & fade with maturity. Only an evaluation could sort this out from something different.
