How come apple cider helps with acid reflux when it itself is acidic ?

Maybe a fad therapy: Apple cider vinegar's rumors seem to spread in the news, but they're probably not true. A primary care doctor or a gastroenterologist can evaluate to confirm the problem of gastro-esophageal reflux disease. The doctor may test for H. pylori stomach infection, and start effective medications, including acid blockers. Plain water, nonfat milk, decaf green tea, or simple soup broths are ok drinks.
