How good is the use of apple cider vinegar in acid reflux?

Depends: Mothers apple cider bvinegar can do a lot. And its cheap. But if the valve that stops acid from refluxing is incompetent then you can drink a gallon and it won't help. Try it. It can't hurt for a week.
