In general, yes: Each person reacts differently to any therapy so the bottom line is what works for you. Having said this, a good caveat is always take the least amount of anything for the optimum result. So, try decreasing the amount of apple cider vinegar to find the lowest dosage that will control the acid reflux. If adequate control requires 2 tablespoons 3 times a day, so be it.
