ACV: Apple cider vinegar(ACV) has acetic acid that can improve digestion. SIgns of low acid and high acid are similar so you may be having low acid and need the extra acidity. Changing die to include fruits and vegetables can actually help resolve symptoms rather than adding ACV or medications. ACV can cause acid burn and remove teeth enamel and cause esophageal burns.
