Had cut on arm several mo. ago. i do get thick scar tissue. under the scar tissue there is a pocket of blood. it has gotten larger over the past couple of weeks. it is a little red. what is causing this? anything i can do to help it along?

?blood clot: It's possible that blood under the laceration congealed and former a bloody clot which has progressively hardened and may have to be excised.. Redness reveals a degree of irritation or inflammation and if it spreads antibiotic treatment would be needed. See your MD or a surgeon. Apply warm compresses.
