I burned my forearm 1 month ago. it blistered then began to heal leaving a narrow 2 inch scar. today the scar has been itching & on 1 end a 1/2 inch long blood red blister has appeared. why would this happen?

This may represent granulation tissue from the scar. The area should be kept clean and dry. Avoid any pressure on the wound. Discuss whether a local or systemic antibiotic is recommended with your physician. Watch for signs of infection.
