aspergillosis, got arm cut yesterday, small stream of blood clotted in seconds.worked in old barn and house with much nasty dust for months. 6 mo. ago?

Tetanus concern now: It is not clear if you got aspergillosis by working in the old barn and inhaling the dust, but your immediate concern would be to see if your tetanus immunization is up to date. As you imply aspergillosis may be inhaled rather than by cut of the skin.
