Lump: If this lump is related to the appendectomy, it could be a retained suture or a hematoma(superficial blood clot). An incidental lipoma is another possibility if an unnoticed lump had been present for a long time. Frequent urination and weight loss always suggest diabetes. Get checked by your physician. A urinalysis would detect diabetes. The lump can be examined by the MD at the same time, also.
