Well, most likely: the only way to obtain an accurate assessment will be via actual medical assessment. This will allow for visualization and palpation.

A 36-year-old female asked about a 33-year-old female:
After losing 45 lbs, I have tiny lumps under skin of my abdomen. They are fairly mobile, small, and there are dozens. Are they accumulations of fat?

Possibly: These could be fat nodules or cysts. However it could be something else. Please see a dermatologist to have these evaluated.
