Relative cervical stenosis between 10mm and 13mm. what makes some patients with this myelopathic and some people normal. why is this considered relative stenosis by some and generous canal dimensions by others?

Human VARIATION: The size and "space" of the spinal canals differ even in humans with the SAME height and weight! THUS the variation in mm that you question! This space is also affected by "wear and tear" ie: ARTHRITIC changes I HOPE this information is helpful! Dr z
