Not usually: A cervical disc herniation usually dies not cause reflux symptoms.

Spinal stenosis: cervical spinal stenosis is not going to cause laryngo-pharyngeal reflux.

Not the case: The disc issue needs to be addressed, either conservatively via physical therapy, or surgically, depending upon extent of pathology. Reflux involves gastric and esophageal functions and is not caused by cervical stenosis. Let your doctor address this co-morbidity.
