Symptoms: With limited information your gi symptoms suggest reflux or heartburn while the left hand tingling suggests a neuropathy carpal tunnel like. You will need to be examined and have a thorough history as unifying diagnoses might still be possible, but otherwise not enough to speculate here.

Extra thoughts: Agree with Dr P, but in spite of your age, would do EKG, as chest discomfort associated with left arm symptoms might suggest heart issues. I too wonder about carpal tunnel syndrome, and perhaps GERD
