Go to emergency now: you might have heart attach. A lot of information about risk factors for heart disease, except gender, are not mentioned including your age, but in general with this kind of symptoms I recommend to go immediately to the emergency room. There are other causes but cardiac causes need to be excluded especially if you have cardiac risk factors. I hope you will feel better.

Call 911 - go to ER!: It may help to know your age and history a bit - but w/out that - call 911 or get to an ER. It may not be a heart attack - but I'd feel like an idiot if it was and you missed urgent care. So NOW! get to an ER! Best wishes!
