I have discomfort on my left side chest almost everyday, i feel the burp but i have to roll or shake my left hand to get the burp out, dr did a barium swallow and mentioned there is no filling defect or stricture, i have been prescribed with nexium 40mg.

Burps: If the Nexium (esomeprazole) helps at all then it is an acid related problem and thats the track to go on - if not then you need further testing.
